In an effort to assist potential homeowners in the Casper area and educate residents about the home buying process, Wyoming Housing Network, Inc. is hosting the 1st Annual Homebuyers Fair June 2nd at the Eastridge Mall from 10am to 2pm.

The Homebuyers Fair provides potential homebuyers access to local real estate agents, lenders, insurance agents, home inspectors and others who can guide them through the process of buying a home. Visit the Wyoming Housing Networks booth to learn about the EARN Wyoming program, through which homebuyers can receive gift funds to cover down payment or settlement costs.

The Wyoming Housing Network has assisted over 3,000 individuals and families to homeownership. Colleen McKoy, Educational Programs Director at the Wyoming Housing Network said,

"Many people who want to become homebuyers have enough money to cover the mortgage and maintenance costs associated with owning a home, but they just don't have the cash needed for down payment or closing costs,"

Joining the Wyoming Housing Network, Inc.  at the Homebuyers Fair are: Jonah Bank, Platte Valley Bank, WCDA, Hilltop National Bank, Broker One Reality, Reality Executives, State Farm Insurance, Farmers Insurance, Home Depot and more.
