A Hillsdale man who led a Laramie County Sheriff's Department deputy on a high-speed pursuit last month is behind bars.

18-year-old Jacob Stone was booked into the Laramie County Jail Thursday.

Stone was arrested on August 30 after Deputy Mark Yocum tried to pull him over for speeding. Stone failed to stop, leading Yocum on a three-mile pursuit before loosing control of his vehicle and being placed in custody.

Stone has been charged with felony property destruction, reckless endangering, fleeing/eluding, duty to stop, reckless driving and speeding. He is scheduled to make his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on September 11 at 1:30 p.m.
