* WIND...SOUTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH. THE
STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL ALONG AREA ROADS INCLUDING HIGHWAY 220
SOUTHWEST OUT OF CASPER...HIGHWAY 26 WEST OF CASPER AS WELL AS
INTERSTATE 25 NORTH OUT OF CASPER AND INTERSTATE 25 EAST OUT OF
CASPER WILL BECOME HAZARDOUS DUE TO DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS.
WYOMING BOULEVARD JUST SOUTH OF CASPER WILL BE ESPECIALLY
VULNERABLE TO THESE CROSS WINDS SINCE THIS PORTION OF HIGHWAY IS
MORE EXPOSED DUE TO THE HIGHER ELEVATION OF THIS STRETCH OF
HIGHWAY.
