Heavy Rains Cause Washouts And Fatalities [AUDIO]

Heavy rains in Carbon County last night washed out portions of Wyo 130, about 20 miles southeast of Saratoga that resulted in a single vehicle to drive into a washout section of the highway, killing four members of a family.
