In a letter dated April 8th, 2014, Governor Matt Mead urged Superintendent Of Public Instruction Cindy Hill, to return to her office at the Department of Education.

Stating that SF104, which removed her from office, was still in full force and effect, Governor Mead encouraged Cindy Hill to return to her office "while the District Court decides the few remaining matters".

In what appears to show some frustration on the Governors part, the letter ends with the statement,

You have gone from demanding to be at the Department of Education without a court order to now refusing to be back at the Department of Education with a court order.
