Gov. Mead Still Hasn’t Decided On Lottery Bill-Morning Update [AUDIO]

GOVERNOR MATT MEAD HAS UNTIL THIS THURSDAY  TO ACT ON BILLS PASSED BY THE WYOMING LEGISLATURE. Officials with Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails are asking the public for help in developing a statewide concessions master plan.
