GOV. MATT MEAD HAS SIGNED A BILL INTO LAW THAT WILL HIKE THE STATE’S FUEL TAX BY A DIME A GALLON. The Wyoming State Senate passed a bill late last week that would develop a system to measure the performance of teachers, superintendents, principals and other educators.
