A Glenrock man was killed when he lost control of his vehicle on Cold Springs Road west of Douglas on Tuesday night. Now that the Sheepherder Hill Fire on Casper Mountain is now 100 percent contained, control has been turned back over to local control.9.20 K2 Radio News Afternoon Update
