A Mills man is now admitting to sex crimes with minors.

Fifty-three year old Glenn Towner has pleaded guilty to two counts of first degree sexual abuse of a minor.

According to investigators with the Natrona County Sheriff's Office, the investigation began back in September when they received a report from a counselor, about a girl who had been sexually assaulted as early as September 2013.

The victims told their mother, 33 year old Robin Keene, but she did nothing.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors dropped three other charges, and will seek a prison term of no more than 40-to-50 years.

Another victim has recently come forward, but prosecutors agreed not file any additional charges, however the victim will be allowed to present a victim impact statement at the time of sentencing.

Towner is being held on $75,000 bond and will be sentenced at a later date.

His wife, Doris Towner has pleaded guilty to charges connected to this case, and is waiting to be sentenced.

Meanwhile, Keene has pleaded not guilty to charges connected to this case, and is awaiting trial.
