A Casper man faces felony charges after his fourth DUI arrest.

At about nine-thirty Monday evening, a Casper police officer on patrol observed a silver Subaru station wagon hit a parked car in the area of Fifth Street and Beech.

According to affidavit, thirty-five-year-old, Ryan Kloster, failed field sobriety tests and allegedly admitted several times to the investigating officer that he knew he was drunk.

After being handcuffed and transported to the Natrona County Detention Center, a criminal history search revealed that this was Kloster's fourth DUI arrest in ten years which is now a felony in Wyoming.

Don Fuller is a trial attorney in Casper with Krampner, Fuller and Associates.

If convicted, Kloster could receive up to a ten year sentence.
