A man requires medical attention after being assaulted with a knife at the Alibi Bar.

At midnight on Sunday, Casper Police responded to the the Alibi Bar located at seventeen-forty east Yellowstone avenue for a report of a fight in progress.

According to affidavit, an intoxicated Christopher James Kesselhon tried to stab Ronald Halligan with a large bowie knife when he thought Halligan was trying to touch his wife, Pauline Kesselhon.

In a police interview, Halligan stated that he had recently met Pauline, who told him that her name was Georgia, and gave her a rose in return for buying him drinks in the past.

Kesselhon then allegedly thrust his knife at Halligan's stomach to which Halligan caught the blade giving him a deep laceration on his left hand.

Multiple bar patrons quickly forced the two into the parking lot where Halligan punched Kesselhon in the chin. Kesselhon was sent to the ground with several of his front teeth knocked out.

Both Kesselhon and Halligan were treated at the Wyoming Medical Center. Halligan was then taken to the Casper Police Department for questioning and Kesselhon was arrested for aggravated assault and transported to the Natrona County Detention Center.
