The number of Casper businesses that are complying with alcohol ID checks is improving, according to police.

Late last month, undercover agents visited 33 restaurants and bars and ordered an alcoholic beverage.

The agents were between the ages of 18 and 20, carried a valid ID and were accompanied by police officers dressed in plain clothes.

Of the businesses checked, only two of them did not check for identification.

Those businesses were Dsasumo, and Moonlight Liquors.

The server was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Around the New Year, ten businesses were cited during a similar compliance check.
