A swath of cooler air has encompassed the state today, with temperatures struggling to reach near normal ranges this afternoon.  A cold front pushed through last night, and continues to bring rain showers and foggy conditions to the far southeast corner.  Elsewhere, including central and eastern Wyoming, higher pressure has arrived.  Expect sunshine and mainly stable conditions for the rest of this week.  Temperatures will be cool again tomorrow, before warming up again on Friday and Saturday.  Expect hazy conditions in and around Casper Mountain.
