Federal judges sentenced four people this week for crimes including drug conspiracy, child pornography, and illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien, according to a news release from the Wyoming U.S. Attorney's Office on Thursday.

Judge Alan Johnson sentenced Estibe Garcia-Perez, 30, of Mexico on Wednesday for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Garcia-Perez was arrested in Cheyenne. He received time served, plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment, and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Judge Scott Skavdahl sentenced Heather Lee Street, 39, of Mills on Tuesday for conspiracy to distribute morphine and oxycodone. She received six months imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

In a separate drug case, Chief U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal sentenced William Cullen Grubbs, 61, of Cheyenne on Wednesday for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and for distribution of less than 50 grams of methamphetamine near a school. He received five years imprisonment, to be followed by six years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and a $200 special assessment. This case was investigated by the DCI.

Freudenthal also sentenced Robert Underkofler, 44, of Wheatland on Monday for possession of child pornography. Underkofler was arrested in Guernsey. He received time served, to be followed by 15 years of supervised release with the first four months on home confinement. The judge also ordered Underkofler to pay a $1,000 fine, $8,000 in restitution, and a $100 special assessment. This case was investigated by the DCI's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
