The most recent weather disturbance has pushed east and has taken the snow with it.  It has, however, left behind cool temperatures.  Highs will top off mainly in the 30s and 40s today.  Northwest winds are expected to increase in the east later today and this evening, which will make it feel even cooler.

Saturday looks to be the pick day of the weekend.  We will be in between weather systems, which will leave the state with mainly dry conditions and partly cloudy skies.

Another front pushes through Wyoming on Sunday.  Once again it will be the central and eastern counties that will be in the best position for precipitation.  What will likely start out as showers in the lower elevations will mix with and switch to snow that evening and night.  The western quarter of the state will see the least chance of fresh snow.   At this time only scattered showers and snow showers are expected.  Do be ready, however, for changing weather conditions during the day Sunday.
