Ever Molina-Zamora Arrested and Charged For Soliciting Prostitution

A Casper man who says he's in the U.S. illegally has been arrested for asking a cab driver to have sex with him.

According to Casper police, at about 10 pm on Tuesday (November 8th), an officer made contact with a female cab driver who had driven 41-year old Ever Molina-Zamora back to his apartment.

Instead of paying the $10 fee, the driver said that Molina-Zamora waved several hundred dollars in front of her and asked her to have sex with him.

When she refused, he began pounding on the passenger side window of the cab, and eventually paid the fee.

When interviewed by police, Molina-Zamora said he did not have any identification with him, and that he was in the U.S. illegally.

An officer was able to detect the odor of alcohol coming from his breath.

Molina-Zamora was arrested and charged by police with soliciting an act of prostitution, breach of peace and intoxicated pedestrian.
