U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., will not support a continuing resolution that funds further implementation or enforcement of Obamacare. Senator Mike Lee, R-Utah, who is leading this effort, sent a letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., announcing their plan to oppose the federal funding bill if it funds Obamacare.

In the letter the senators wrote,”We view the Obama Administration's recent decision to delay Obamacare's employer mandate and eligibility verification for the individual exchanges as further proof the law is a failure that will inevitably hurt businesses, American families, and the economy. Signers of the letter also include Senators Rubio, R-Fla.; Cruz, R-Texas; Risch, R-Idaho; Paul, R-Ky.; Inhofe, R-Okla.; Vitter, R-La.; Thune, R-S.D.; Chiesa, R-N.J.; Fischer, R-Neb.; and Grassley, R-Iowa.  Sen. Lee also announced an initiative calling on Americans to co-sign the letter that was sent to Majority Leader Reid.
