Expect early fog and snow showers across central and eastern Wyoming today as a cold front pushes out of the area.  Any new snow accumulation will remain very small.  Black ice concerns will also continue this morning through the early afternoon hours, especially across southeastern Wyoming.  Skies will then gradually clear by the early afternoon hours.  Temperatures will be significantly colder central and eastern Wyoming today, with daytime highs in the 20's, while milder temperatures (30's and 40's) are possible across western portions of the state.  By this afternoon and evening, winds will increase and shift to a southwesterly direction.  This will help bring milder and drier air to the entire state this evening and overnight.  We could also see winds gusting as high as 45 mph across wind prone areas.  Another cold front will approach northern Wyoming throughout the day on Thursday, which will continue to create snow shower activity.  Temperatures in northern portions of the state will also remain colder than normal.  Meanwhile, expect increasing clouds, breezy to gusty winds, and closer to average temperatures throughout the rest of the state.  This cold front will slowly push southeast by Thursday evening and night, which will bring scattered snow showers to central and eastern Wyoming.  Generally small accumulations are expected, but it will be enough to reduce visibility at times and cause roadways to become slick and icy.
