June 2012 Drowning Victim Identified

The man who drowned in the North Platte River in Casper last week has been identified.

The Natrona County Coroner has identified the drowning victim as forty-six year old David Brewer.

According to witnesses, on June 26th,  Brewer capsized while floating on a raft near Whitewater Park and was swept downstream.

On July second, Casper Search and Rescue Crews found Brewer’s body while they were combing the river near the area of North Center and M Streets.
