Fans of the A& E TV show Longmire will be flocking to Wyoming this weekend for the second annual Longmire Days in Buffalo, Aug 17-18.

Season 2 is wrapping up filming and series author Craig Jonson and Longmire actor Robert Taylor will be featured guests for this weekends celebration.

The event will be held in Buffalo, WY featuring breakfast with an autograph session on both Saturday and Sunday.  There will be a softball game and a street dance featuring Gary Small and the Coyote Brothers on Saturday.  Other activites include horseback riding, skeet shooting, cowboy action Shootouts, and golf.

Be sure to keep an eye out for cast members throughout the event at places like the Occidental and Crazy Woman square.

Schedule of events:

Saturday
All day a screening of the shows at the movie theater.

8 -10 a.m. - A public pancake breakfast, book signing and autographs in Crazy Woman square.

11 a.m. - Indian Pow Wow all day in the square (tentative)

12-2 p.m. - Cowboys versus Indians softball game lead by the actors and special guests.  Proceeds will go to the Wounded Warrior Project, Veterans home of Wyoming residents and veterans to help at gates and various locations for the game.

2-5 p.m. - Motorcycle poker run with Katee Sackoff (Vic). Start at Clear Creek Brewery, The Ranch at Ucross, The Mint Bar in Sheridan, The Eagles Club Sheridan, Wagon Box in Story back to the Clear Creek Brewery.

5 p.m. - Book signing with author Craig Johnson at the Occidental/Busy Bee.

7 to 11 p.m. - Street dance with a Gary Small and the Coyote Brothers.

Sunday
All day a screening of the shows at the movie theater

8-11 a.m. - Horseback ride in the Big Horn Mountains at the Paradise Guest Ranch

9 a.m. - Skeet Shooting at the Buffalo Shooting Range

1-3 p.m. - Cowboy Action targeted shoot by local Action Shooters club at the airport location.

2 p.m. -  18-hole golf tournament with actors at the 4 star public course in Buffalo

1-3 p.m. - Book Signing at the Library

6 p.m. -  Live Comedy / Karaoke at Occidental with "The Ferg"
