The Casper Horseheads collegiate baseball team allowed 11 runs in the top of the 9th and lost 19-10 to the Hastings Sodbusters in Expedition League play on Saturday night at Lansing Field. The Horseheads held a 10-8 lead going into the bottom of the 9th and then the roof caved in. Pitcher Kanaikai Gaughen gave up 4 runs on 5 hits in the 9th. Starting pitcher and Casper native Alec Meyers threw 7 innings and gave up 7 runs on 9 hits. At the plate, Casper's Dalton Maudlin hit for the cycle going 4-6. The Horseheads drop to 5-10 on the year and will wrap up the series with Hastings on Sunday night at 5:30 at Lansing Field.
