David Sands Changes Plea In Casper Bank Robbery Case
A man has changed his plea in the case of a bank robbery that happened in Casper last year.
48-year old David Sands, has pleaded guilty to 1 federal charge of bank robbery, involving the downtown Casper branch of Wells Fargo Bank.
According to Casper Police, Sands walked into the bank on July 18th, approached a bank teller, demanded money and then left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He was arrested in Great Falls, Montana, 1 week after the incident.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in April, and could face up to 20 years in prison.
