A Riverton man will be spending time behind bars in a case in which he was accused of touching two minors inappropriately.

Sixty-three year old Danny Capozzoli was sentenced to 13-to-15 years in prison, after he entered an Alford Plea to two counts of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.

The Natrona County Sheriff's Office says in December, another person found pictures of the two known victims, along with a hand in each picture which was Capozzoli's.

The next day, a deputy interviewed Capozzoli, who said he had been drinking and knew what he had done.

An Alford Plea is not an admission of guilt, but acknowledges that prosecutors have enough evidence or testimony, for a jury to convict a defendant, should the case go to trial.
