WASHINGTON (AP) — The administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development will appear on Capitol Hill today to answer questions about his agency's secret "Cuban Twitter."

An Association Press investigation revealed last week that USAID oversaw the creation of a social media network to stir unrest in the communist nation.

Lawmakers want to know if the program endangered its users by hiding that the U.S. government was behind the program.
