UPDATE: The Natrona County School District has issued this press release...
Casper PD has asked NCSD to do a supervised release of DMJH and Park Elementary. Bus students will be released early. Parents will need to pick-up their student at Dean Morgan and Park Elementary. All after school activities at Dean Morgan and Park Elementary are canceled. Students will be able to remain at these schools inside until parents are able to pick them up. Law enforcement is on location at both of these schools to provide additional assistance.
UPDATE: The suspect is identified as Dakota Hawkins. He is a 24-year-old white male.
