There was an armed robbery of an adult video business Tuesday night in Casper. Two people were arrested Wednesday morning in connection with the hold up of the Emporium.

Casper Police Sgt. Deahn Amend says surveillance video helped identify the suspects. Casey Bingemer, 25, and Antione Miller, also 25, are charged with armed robbery, criminal conspiracy, possession of meth, and being under the influence of meth.

According to arrest affidavit, Bingemer was recently employed at the Emporium and the clerk recognized Bingemer by the way she moved and spoke during the armed robbery, despite her attempt to conceal her identity.

Miller is suspected of being the one who brandished the handgun. The clerk also recognized Miller as being Bingemer's boyfriend and they were together when police arrested them.

The armed robbery and conspiracy charges both carry a penalty of five to 25 years. Both suspects have possession priors which could move the possession charges to felonies with a five year maximum.

The under the influence charges are misdemeanors which have a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a 750 dollar fine.

At initial appearances in Circuit Court Wednesday, Judge Steven Brown set bond for Bingemer at $15,000 cash or surety.

Judge Brown set Miller's bond at $50,000 cash, with the district attorney having noted that Miller was on probation at the time of his arrest.

Judge Brown further ordered both suspects have no contact with the victim and no contact with one another if they are out on bond. Judge Brown also ordered day reporting.
