Council Takes First Step In Possible Convention Center-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

Casper City Council took the first step in the possibility of developing a downtown convention center. A Wyoming legislative committee is set to hear a bill that seeks to pre-empt any federal crackdown on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
