THE MAJORITY OF CASPER CITY COUNCIL IS IN FAVOR OF EITHER REPEALING OR REWRITING THE CITY’S RECENTLY ESTABLISHED PUBLIC INDOOR SMOKING BAN. A Senate committee has endorsed a bill that would bring the lottery to Wyoming.
