Council Considering Amending Smoking Ban-Morning Update [AUDIO]

CITY OFFICIALS SAY CASPER CITY COUNCIL IS CONSIDERING AMENDING SECTIONS OF THE CITY’S CONTROVERSIAL PUBLIC INDOOR SMOKING BAN. The University of Wyoming is reporting a 34-student increase in enrollment for the spring semester compared to last year.
