CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — Authorities say the deaths of two Casper people in June appear to be a murder-suicide.

The coroner determined 22-year-old Nicholas Scott Morgan fatally shot 21-year-old Anna Davis and then turned the gun on himself.

Their bodies were found June 27. Police have said they believe they were boyfriend and girlfriend.

Police discovered the bodies after a neighbor requested a welfare check. Authorities said they had been dead for a few days.

Officers said at the time they found a dog lying beside the bodies. The dog was unharmed.
