A cool front and weather system will continue to slide across the state of Wyoming today.  Expect early sunshine and then clouds will thicken by the afternoon and evening hours.  There will also be a chance for isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially across far southeastern Wyoming.  Any storms that develop could produce brief periods of heavy rain, gusty winds, and lots of lightning.  Temperatures will be significantly cooler and closer to average in northern and central Wyoming today, with daytime highs in the 50's and 60's.  Expect slightly cooler temperatures in southern Wyoming, but it will still be warmer than normal.  Daytime highs will remain in the 60's to lower 70's for this part of the state.  A series of fast-moving weather systems and daytime heating will continue to trigger shower and thunderstorm activity on Friday and Saturday.  Temperatures will also remain mild and near or slightly above average.
