A large, slow-moving weather system will approach the state of Wyoming today and will remain settled over the region through at least Memorial Day.  Expect cloudy to mostly cloudy skies, areas of patchy fog (mainly early and late), and daily chances for rain showers with a few thunderstorms during this time.  Heavy rain and minor flooding will also be a concern during this time, mainly tonight into Friday and then again late Saturday into Sunday.  Rain could also mix with snow at times for elevations above 7,000 feet on Saturday night, but no major travel concerns are expected at this time.  Temperatures will be not as cold today, but it will still be cooler than normal with daytime highs in the 40’s and 50’s.  We will continue to see cool and below normal temperatures through Memorial Day with daytime highs in the 40’s to lower 60’s.
