An upper-level low pressure system will cross through the state of Wyoming today.  This weather system brings plenty of moisture to the region, which will make rain showers possible statewide.  The best chance for rain showers will be in southeastern parts of the state, but heavy rain and minor flooding is expected statewide.  Roads will be wet at times, especially along I-80 (Nebraska state line to Arlington) and I-25 (Colorado state line to Wheatland).  Cloudy to mostly cloudy skies will also keep temperatures cooler than normal.  Expect daytime highs in the 60's and 70's.  This low pressure system moves out of the area tomorrow, but there could still be a few hit or miss thunderstorms.
