Higher pressure will begin to build over the state of Wyoming today.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies with mainly dry weather conditions statewide.  Winds, however, will be strong with gusts between 25 and 35 mph.  Some of the wind prone areas of I-25 (Colorado state line to Wheatland) and I-80 (Nebraska state line to Arlington) could see wind gusts as high as 50 mph.  Temperatures will also remain cool and well below normal today with daytime highs in the upper 40's to 50's.  Weak high pressure overhead will continue to control the weather for the start of the weekend.  We will continue to see minimal cloudiness with mainly dry weather conditions, but gusty winds are also expected.  Temperatures will become warmer and closer to average with daytime highs in the 50 's and 60's.  A weak cool front and weather system will then cross northeastern Wyoming on Sunday.  Expect slightly more cloud cover statewide with a small chance for showers across eastern Wyoming.  Temperatures could also be a touch cooler.
