High pressure will be the main weather feature across much of the state today.  Expect partly to mostly sunny skies, mainly dry weather conditions, and near or slightly above normal temperatures.  Winds, however, could still be breezy to gusty at times.  Expect gusting between 35 and 50 mph across central and southeastern Wyoming this morning and then lighter winds arrive this afternoon and evening.  Daytime highs will stay in the 30's and 40's with some 50's possible across the Plains.  A passing weather system could create a few flurries or light snow showers across western Wyoming tonight, while the rest of the state stays mainly dry.  Minimal cloudiness and near or slightly above normal temperatures will continue throughout the state on Friday.  Winds will increase on Friday evening and night as a cold front approaches the area with gusts as high as 50 mph.  Colder and more unsettled weather arrives late Saturday into Sunday.
