A Colorado man is dead and a Rawlins man is injured after a one-vehicle crash east of the town of Baggs in Carbon County.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says 29-year-old Justin Carrillo of Pueblo, Colo., was driving westbound on Wyoming Highway 70 after 1:00 a.m. Friday with 34-year-old Joshua Hart of Rawlins when Carrillo's pickup truck slid and hit a concrete wall. The vehicle then overturned several times before coming to rest in a ravine.

Carrillo was ejected from the vehicle and was found dead at the scene. Hart was partially ejected from the vehicle and was taken to a hospital in Craig, Colo.

Wyoming Highway Patrol officials say neither Carrillo or Hart were wearing seatbelts and believe alcohol and excessive speed were factors in the crash.

The accident remains under investigation.
