A Casper man is accused of committing sex crimes in two states.

Cole Jackson has pleaded not guilty to four charges of third degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say through interviews with the victim, the acts took place a number of times in 2012, and again in October 2014, not long before Jackson moved to North Dakota.

Jackson was convicted of similar charges in North Dakota, and was on probation when the charges were filed in Wyoming.

He is awaiting trial on $50,000 bond, and could face up to 15 years in prison on each charge if convicted.
