Weather conditions will continue to improve throughout the state today as the latest spring storm pushes east.  There will be some sunshine to look forward to by the afternoon, but temperatures will remain cold and only top off in the 20s today with 30s in the west.  There will still be some areas of blowing and drifting snow on the eastern plains.

Although not quite as chilly, the weather will stay active over the next few days.  On Thursday we will be on the far southern edge of a front.  This will lead to redeveloping scattered showers during the day to some additional snow at night in the lower elevations with all snow for the high country.  On Friday an area of low pressure to our south will trigger additional mixed showers to all snow shower activity.
