A cold, northwesterly flow will persist across the state of Wyoming today.  This will continue to create light snow or brief snow showers for much of the state.  Only new small accumulations are expected, but reduced visibility and slick, icy roadways will still be possible through early Tuesday.  Windy conditions are also expected for central and southeastern Wyoming, with gusts between 35 and 50 mph.  Wind prone areas of I-25 (Colorado state line to Glendo), I-80 (Nebraska state line to Laramie), and US-85 (Colorado state line to LaGrange) could see gusts between 50 and 65 mph, with some isolated gusts of 65+ mph.  We can also expect cloudy to mostly cloudy skies and cold, but close to average temperatures.  Daytime highs will remain in the 20's to 30's.  Light snow showers will linger across central and eastern Wyoming into the late morning/early afternoon hours on Tuesday.  Otherwise, expect gradually clearing skies, seasonal temperatures, and strong winds.
