A spring snow storm will continue to move very slowly across east-central and southeast Wyoming today through tomorrow.  Temperatures will stay rather cold and below normal for this time of year.  Highs will linger in the 20's mostly.  Expect stronger winds at times, especially into tonight, with blowing snow and severely reduced visibility at times.  Snow will keep road surface conditions very slick and icy through Wednesday morning.

Additional snowfall accumulations are expected into tonight and overnight.  East-central and southeast Wyoming could pick up another few inches by Wednesday morning.  Travelers should be advised to use extreme caution when traveling through the night and again tomorrow morning.
