One weather system will quickly move across northeastern portions of the state today, while another slower-moving weather system approaches western Wyoming.  As a result, a strong pressure gradient will be set up over the entire region today, which will create strong to very high winds.  Watch out for wind gusts between 50 and 65 mph across the more wind-prone areas of central and southeastern Wyoming.  Elsewhere, winds will gusts between 35 and 50 mph.  There will also be a chance for snow across western and south-central Wyoming later today and tonight.  Travel concerns will include black ice on roadways, especially after sunset.  Blowing snow and reduced visibility will also be a concern, especially on I-80 from Laramie to Rawlins.  Otherwise, expect a mix of sun and clouds and warmer than normal temperatures for the end of the week.  High temperatuers today will stay in the 30's and 40's.  A low pressure system and cold front will continue to move in a west-to-east direction across the state on Saturday, which will bring colder temperatures and a chance for snow statewide.  Reduced visibility, blowing snow, and slick/icy/snowy roads will be found throughout the entire state.  Another weather system and cold front will then bring even colder temperatures and another round of snow to the state late Sunday through Monday.
