Expect cold and wintery temperatures to continue across much of the state, especially eastern and southeastern Wyoming.  Highs will only rise into the 20's at best for the next few days.  Winds will make for brisk conditions as well.  Skies will remain cloudy and  there will be a good chance for some light snow showers or flurries across the far southeast.  The southern mountain ranges will see periods of light snow at times.  Winds increase through the afternoon, then decrease again overnight into Tuesday.
