A Casper man is denying he helped some minors get drunk.

Cody TenBoer has pleaded not guilty to three counts of child endangerment and two counts furnishing alcohol to minors.

Investigators say Friday April 27th, police were called to a home in west Casper, where they found four intoxicated teens, from fourteen to sixteen years old.

They found TenBoer in another room along with several empty containers of alcohol.

Two of teens required medical attention and were taken to the hospital.
