CASPER CITY COUNCIL WILL ATTEMPT TO AMEND THE CITY’S CONTROVERSIAL PUBLIC INDOOR SMOKING BAN. Gov. Matt Mead is urging communities in northwest Wyoming to raise money to clear roads inside Yellowstone National Park of snow.
