City Council Takes Up Smoking Ban-Morning Update [AUDIO]

Casper City Council listened Tuesday night regarding the smoking ban established in the city. The Wyoming House has defeated a bill that would have allowed the release of names of those charged with sexual assault before they’re bound over to district court.
