City Council Passes Second Reading On Smoking Ban-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

It looks like smoking in bars and restaurants will be banned in Casper. High Winds remain the problem as the Cow Camp wildfire continues to grow in the Medicine Bow National Forest.
