City Council Discusses Civic Auditorium-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]
A decision by the Casper City Council Tuesday reflects a desire to try and keep alive the vision for a civic auditorium. Consultants working on a traffic study for the Blackmore road area on Casper's east side gave an update to city council on Tuesday.
