The day started out with cold temperatures statewide.  Portions of southern and central Wyoming will continue to see strong, gusty west to southwest winds through this afternoon.  Winds could gust to 50 mph or greater in the southeast.  Meanwhile additional snow will continue to fall in the state’s mountain ranges.

Temperatures will start to moderate a bit over the next couple of days.  Highs will be mainly in the 30s, with a few 40s in the southeast.  Overnight lows will be mainly in the 20s.

Tuesday and Wednesday’s weather does not look much different from Monday’s in that the state’s mountain ranges, especially those in the northwest, will see additional snowfall.  The north central and northeastern portions of the state may see a little snow on Wednesday as well.
