A Cheyenne woman whose 13-month-old son's body is believed to be in a northern Colorado landfill is facing felony child endangerment charges.

According to arresting documents, 26-year-old Rhiannon Ojeda was arrested around 4:20 p.m. Thursday for child endangerment with meth and child endangering. She has not made her initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court yet.

The Laramie County Sheriff's Department, with the assistance of multiple agencies, has been searching for Silas Ojeda's body in a landfill west of Ault, Colorado since November 1.

Ojeda's boyfriend, 23-year-old Logan Rogers, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and child endangering with a controlled substance in the boy's death and faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

Investigators say Rogers told them the boy died after falling off a counter at home and that Rogers wrapped him in a white comforter and put him in a dumpster near Laramie County Community College.
