In conversation with Meteorologist Don Day early this morning, damage to the Capital City is extensive. 

Golf ball sized hail and rain in excess of 2 and 1/2 inches contributed to the flooding and damage that roared thru Cheyenne last night between 5:15 and 5:50 pm.

From the Wyoming-Tribune Eagle

The storm damaged cars and airplanes in the Capital City, caused power outages, and covered lawns and streets with a frozen summer blanket that resembled the aftermath of a snowstorm in some locations.
The severe thunderstorm produced hail and a heavy rain that flooded many intersections in town.
